The room/property was nice and clean. We arrived at around 9:30 am and they were unable to accommodate early check in even when we asked around 1:30pm. Receptionist only kept stating that check in was at 3:00 which we obviously already knew. Honestly would likely not stay at this property again.

We really liked our stay at aloft. Nice room view , very modern rooms , cleanliness , friendly staffs . Only one concern about the shower with glass , little bit privacy issue. Otherwise we loved our stay and would like to come back again !

Great place to stay. There are many choices to eat and shop. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. However, the lobby bar never opened the entire weekend.

The front staff on the day of our arrival she was excellent, helpful. knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. we were not told that the pool was under construction, but we have the understanding that that was the job of Expedia to tell us I love the maintenance and everybody else was just super super helpful but also the front desk told me about the shuttle to go to the concert and how to get back and you know take a picture of the QR code and that saved me probably a couple hundred dollars or more so I’m really grateful for that.

Very comfortable and affordable stay

Hotel was bright and inviting. My room was comfortable and clean. Lovely walk in a shower. Water pressure was mediocre but the water temp was perfection. Extra lighting in the bathroom for make up application along with a hand held steamer instead of a bulky screeching potentially burning iron. Conveniently located near Walmart and a variety of places to eat. Unfortunately no restaurant on site. Bus stop to Port Authority in NY was directly across the street. EXCELLENT STAY FOR THE PRICE!
