Had an issue on last night with some teen/ young adults yelling & running in hall having a party. My daughter went to the front desk & issue was dealt with them extremely quickly! Includes buffet breakfast which had several options for gluten free vegetarian but need to use common sense (not made to order, but included at no extra cost). Room has decorative "fire place" with on/ off button (no heat, no fire, but pretty). My daughter & i stay here each year when attending NYCC.

Nice bed & hotel, with breakfast included. Only 4 miles out of Manhattan. There is a bus service you can jump on at the front of Motel 8 which will take you to the city.

Had very bad experience with this property. We were given a room that was fixed recently for ceiling leakage in rain. Although it started to leak again during our stay. On top of that small portion of the ceiling leakage area got down and bump to my daughter’s head. Why would hotels do not check these things before giving it to guests?

Cockroaches on walls, AC is broken and loud, water is flowing from AC and the top inside restroom. I though that might be just a one room is like this, but we were living n two separate rooms and it's the same. Additionally to that n one room a strong smell of cigarets all the time... At the end of our stay they compensated us 50% of latest day of our stay which is nothing to be honest.
