Disappointed repeat customer :(

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and always had a great experience. Thos time, however, the room we stayed in (539) has some kind of mechanical pump that was going on and off from the early hours of the morning. It was extremely noisy and disturbed our sleep. There was also a strong smell of marijuana all along the corridor, more concentrated to the end of the corridor where our room was. I mentioned it to the lady at the front desk and she said it must have been coming from outside. There’s no way it was that strong coming from outside. I hope they investigated and fined whomever it was, smoking in the hotel. Breakfast, which is usually pretty good, was disappointing. The sausages were stone cold and there was a long wait for plates and cutlery. It looked like they were very short staffed and the few that were on, couldn’t keep up. Overall, a little disappointed, given our previous great experiences.

This place is so hard to get; we wasted about an hour just to be able to find out were to park; and then they even charged the parking. No validation. they did validated but it did not worked; by the time you want to go back is just a waste of your time.
