We got a spacious 2 queen-bedroom with a slight view of the Husdon River. I like it because breakfast is delicious and the hotel is always clean. This hotel is just a few steps away from PATH Exchange Place (very convenient if you plan to explore NYC) and Hudson River Waterfront Walkway with the scenic view of the Manhattan skyline. The place is also convenient to a lot of restaurants and a playground. Staff is also approachable. Would recommend this place to my friends. 😁

It's always great to stay at the Hyatt House. The rooms are big and comfortable. This time, I noticed a bigger flux of families with children. At the breakfast place, there was a piano, and many kids kept hammering it without any of the staff intervening to stop this kind of behavior. This is a high-end business hotel, and such incidents should not occur. Of course, it is mostly the parent's problem, but the staff should reinforce respect.

Romm was not ready at 3PM when we checked in. They had given the occupants an extended check out. We were asked to wait in the terrace for 1/2 hour. After an hour I went to the front desk and asked for another room; which they found and gave to us. We were an hour late for a wedding rehearsal dinner we were participating in. If the room was ready a 3 we would have had no problem,

Hôtel très agréable. Il est très bien localisé à l'entrée de Jersey City à deux minutes à pied du Path pour rejoindre le WTC en 5 minutes. La vue sur la Skyline depuis les quais ou la salle de petit déjeuner est magnifique. La chambre était grande et propre, literie confortable. Le menage est fait tous les deux jours. Room was very clean and comfortable. Wonderful location. Convenient parking and close to public transportation. Absolutely beautiful views. However, the check in process was unpleasant and our room was not ready even when arriving 20 minutes after check in time. The hotel seemed to do the least possible to remedy the situation and only offered somewhat more reasonable compensation when I pointed out a free appetizer at the hotel restaurant seemed a little cheap given that I had to wait with children for just under an hour after being told the room would be ready in 10 minutes. Thumbs down on service.

4 night stay for family of 5 doing the NY highlights. Great location with the PATH railway station just a minutes walk away then one stop to the world trade centre. Nice big room, friendly staff, one issue with bathroom door which was fixed within 15 minutes of reporting. OK breakfast. Only negative was the roof top bar - which was this hotels USP, their primary image on expedia and the reason we booked this hotel over others in JC - was closed for refurbishment during our stay.
