Great Location!

The best location with the best rooms and facilities. The buffet breakfast could be improved. The only complaint is that we weren't allow to use the swimming pool while waiting for our room keys. ( we used to be able to in our previous stays)

Super location

Super convenient, walking distance from train station. If arrive earlier than or after komtar shopping mall opening hours, a bit cumbersome as no sheltered walk path. Grateful that front desk allowed early check in.

Each time I visit JB, holiday inn is my top choice. This stay in particular, our room has a malfunction on the AC. It was extremely cold. The engineer was not able to rectify. So I requested a change of room. Although it took awhile to get me transferred. Otherwise stay would be perfect.

Family suite conditions can be improved

(1) After check-in Family suite, Requested clean face towels because towels are dirty (2) In the shower room, Bodywash gel was wrongly filled with Body lotion (3) Pantry area was dirty and Could not use coffee machine because handle stuck (4) High price of Family suite not matching High expectations of a typical Family suite
