Excellent check in experience. We were earlier when we arrived at reception. Staff checked on availability of room and gave us a early check in. She was very helpful and friendly. Room is very spacious, clean, comfortable and nice. Enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn JB

Great stay always. Our go to option for family trips in JB as they have connecting room. Althou u need to pay a small fee for it, it gives us much convenience and peace of mind

As usual, everything is good, the rooms, the view, the locations and of course the service. The only thing to pick on is the perhaps the breakfast which I believe there is still room for improvement.
