We went there 11 years ago and we decided to visit again but this experience was unfortunately less pleasant than our previous one. I must say the staff are all very nice, from reception, salesperson at the shop, restaurant staff to even the security guards, but food at restaurant was subpar, most were served cold. In the room, there’s no body wash, plus there’s a concern over the hygiene. There were stains on the toilet seat and we also found a scrunchie left by the previous guests near the bed. Was the room thoroughly cleaned I doubt. Yet for families who are visiting Legoland, the hotel seems to be the best choice, although with more accommodation options around and with the convenience of Grab, more may choose the alternatives if the hotel does not lift up to the standard.
