Every thing was new and well maintained. The cleaning staff were friendly and did a great job. There was no breakfast but with the money saved I could eat out. Great place to stay if you are going birding at state park or in town. Good place to stay overnight if on road or hunting in area. Plenty and safe parking outside room.
