Staff was very nice! They picked me up at the airport at 1am. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The room temp was a little hot, but they supplied an oscillating fan to cool it down some (they hit a record -10 degrees while I was there). Also had a ride back to the airport when I checked out. This was my second stay here. I recomend

Juneau was in the middle of a big snowstorm and I almost got stuck in the parking lot. The hotel is run down. There used to be a great restaurant at one end, now closed. No breakfast. Dirty room. Poor water pressure in the bathroom. Slow Internet.
