Our 44' Gibson cabin-yacht is docked off the banks of the old Jupiter River, a tropical paradise. (two upstairs landings). 2/2 with three beds. On waterside, queen bed and a full bath (shower). Below deck; second bedroom (2 full beds + its own full bath (shower). Tropical vegetation. No wake zone. Occasional paddleboards and slow-mo small boats. Being here makes the heart brighter and the soul lighter. It's a Zen experience where you'll notice the relaxing results the second you step aboard. IDEAL LOCATION TO WALK TO MOST EVERYTHING. Ocean is an 8 minute walk.

FYI: Not suitable for people over 6'-2", and over 200# weitgh.

This is a boat not house. Storage tank for water and sewer cannot handle more than 4 adults. This includes visiting guests who may use the facilities.
The boat rises and falls with the tide. Be careful going on and off the ramp. YOU MUST SIGN DOWNLOAD, SIGN AND AGREE TO THE WATERFRONT AGREEMENT.
Kayaks are on floating dock. Wear proper shoes and watch your footing at all times.
