Watch for shady marketing when it comes to the higher price of rooms marked “ocean view” most of the rooms in the tower are only partial view. When we asked about it the staff blamed Expedia and told us we should talk to them (Expedia) about the pictures they post on rooms. Where is the accountability of the resort to monitor their own advertisements through third party? Shameful. The rooms are dated and ours was not clean when we showed up (toothpaste from previous guest all over the sink counter and old sand all over the floor). Do not prepay for breakfast you do not get your moneys worth (food is premade and cold and breakfast buffet is sparse at best). On a positive note the bulk of the staff was amazing and super helpful and the beach is very nice.

Nice hotel, beautiful view. Restaurant service wasn’t great. We had lazy servers, bring your meals and then disappear and then you have to pay someone else , didn’t bring water to our table. ☹️

Nice service and perfect location. Great outdoor space. No service in the rooms, always said unavailable. Amenities in room not great, phone didn’t really work and neither did blow dryer. Bedding was absolutely terrible and uncomfortable. Sheets and bedding didn’t fit and always slid off.

All was great including the staff, room, amenities, etc but one thing was an issue. The room walls are very thin and we had a very noisy family next to us. We could literally hear everything they were saying. Finally after 10:00 I had to bang on the wall and ask them to shut up. They had kids and all were very loud and hollering. After they checked out all was good.
