OMG! Amazing resort! So beautiful. Everywhere you turn, was the ocean! All the staff were so helpful & friendly. Particularly, Michelle & Cherae “beautiful”. They were so helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Valet staff were on point. Everyone there made our vacay just @ ease. If dining within the resort, I would make a reservation to any of the restaurants. It s a very long & upsetting wait. Other than that, Turtle Bay is such a relaxing place to stay @. Well worth the drive to the North Shore. We will def come back next year!

If you are looking for a quintessential, tropical Hawaiian vacation look no further than the turtle Bay resort. From the second you walk in to their area, bright lobby with views of the waves and ocean on both sides you will never wanna leave. The area is peaceful and rural. Do not expect any nightlife other than what you make at the hotel. Food options are limited, but easy enough to deal with for a week. I was hesitant to even go to Oahu because of the amount of people that found the North Shore and turtle Bay resort to be everything I ever wanted in Hawaii, and better than anything that we’ve had on the other islands

The Ritz was absolutely stunning and impeccably maintained! The kids had a blast with the fantastic activities, especially the night snorkeling. The food was absolutely delicious. Without a doubt, The Beach House is the top restaurant at the resort. We can't wait to come back again!

The property was beautiful and the service was good for the most part. We stayed in the bungalows and therefore there is dedicated service to those rooms and that service was spectacular and very personal. Upper Management at this place should be fired and completely replaced. There are very few food options on the property and surrounding area, somehow they thought it was okay to block out the restaurants, canapies, and spa for a single group. Therefore all the other paying guests were outta luck. Compounded by the fact that this group rarely showed up to the blocked times. For that reason we docked 1.5 stars from the review.
