First and foremost I cannot believe the hotel would not refund me when we missed our flight! I have to say the staff is amazing! The room is not impressive as it smells of not cleaned deeply. The staff is always super helpful and always cleaning pool areas and grounds. The rooms are small and not well kept/updated with pricing

Most of the hotel has been remodeled. I had one of the older rooms that had not been remodeled. It was like a room at motel 6. The rest of the hotel is really nice.

Ok stay

The staff were very nice, but on por first night we found two bugs so we asked for room service the next day and we didn’t get it. The following day we asked for it again and they did come in to clean. The last night we were there we spoke another bug in the restroom. Our room also had an old musky smell, and we just bought air freshener for that. We has a lot of activities planned so we were not in the hotel that much.

Loved the renovated tower portion and pool area. It was a great place to stay. Parking was available but small parking spots. Our rental car was hit and nobody left note. Hit and run. Good hotel and friendly staff. Pool area was beautiful with great view.

The first hotel I've been to where pool closes at dusk. Rooms are dingy, you get what you post for. Mattresses are thin and hard.

Great Place to Start a Trip to Maui!

Great hotel in central location near airport and cruise terminal, we stayed one night as we were transitioning onto Maui and came in on a later flight. Tower rooms are recently renovated and very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Grounds and pool are well maintained and adjacent to a small beach. Convenient to local Target, Walmart, etc. Staff were very welcoming. Adjacent restaurant is very good. A great place to start a trip to Maui!

Very expensive (nice) Motel

This is an extremely expensive motel. Its location is not the best (there's nothing to do around it; a strip mall with a supermarket). A nice pool, clean and nice bedrooms. But not for the price I paid. It should have costed 1/2 of it; I don't know if it's an issue with Maui but I was shocked for the price we paid for a simple motel like this. Twice the price of a similar room in New York City, one of the most expensive places in the world? Or Paris? This was too much for a motel. A nice motel, but a motel
