Nice looking hotel, right across from a regular Holiday Inn.
Nobody at the desk, when you arrive and if you need something you have to just wait until someone comes out. Usually 2-5 minutes.
Room had nice furnishings, although the lamps had no shades, cable did NOT work, bathroom NOT as clean as it should be. I do not like to be in the presence of other peoples hair all over the place. Toilet dirty. When I went to take a shower the drain was clogged and I had to get out (full of soap) and call the front desk which was not answered in any kind of timely fashion.
They did respond immediately when I finally got ahold of someone and told them the shower was about to overflow.
The staff member who came up was loud and making comments and noises throughout the entire process of trying to unclog the shower.
My husband was trying to sleep and that wasn’t possible.
Nobody present at check out to talk to about any of this so I had to leave a review.
I would not recommend this hotel for any reason other than the breakfast was decent and what you would expect from a holiday inn express.
