Stay was terrible, First, they couldn't find my reservation, they stated that the card that was used is different from the card provided -i had to call my daughter to explain to them, then they found my reservation Second, they couldn't find that we already paid for breakfast, i had to call my daughter again to provide additional evidence, their system is unreliable, they can't find reservations- stressing me out a lot
