Staff was professional and courteous. Comfy bed. Flexible check-in. Disappointed that no free continental breakfast was offered, though. Was surprised by a $50 “security deposit” that they charged (though they said it would be put back on my account); must be I didn’t read the fine print. This fee, however, didn’t effect my stay so I kept it at 5 stars.

The hotel staff was very kind, the pool was closed with no information before hand provided and room needed some TLC, over all it was nice the beds were comfortable and did its job.

Table next to bed had crumbs or something on it- not clean. No desk chair and no hair dryer in room. Went down to front desk- did not want to get charged for missing items. Not satisfactory response. Sink did not drain - missing pop up drain fixture on sink/fixture. Stayed at this property or the holiday inn Express across the street numerous times, but this property not being kept up.

The room and bed itself were nice and comfy. Love the mini fridge and microwave in the room. However, bathroom needs a makeover for sure though, too outdated. The body wash and hand wash dispensers was either running out of soap or stuck and we had to keep pumping out shampoo to wash our hands or clean our entire bodies with :(
