Absolutely gross accommodations. The floors are sinking. Several of the beds in our rooms didn’t even have blankets (only a sheet and a very thin coverlet. There was only HOT water (even the toilet had hot water servicing it). Pool was closed for repairs. It felt dirty, smelled moldy when showering, and my asthma went nuts. Never, ever again.

Our stay was terrible. And I’m getting irritated because I’ve expressed my request and reasoning for a refund and have not received a response. We ended up leaving and checking into another hotel because of the deplorable conditions

Do NOT stay here! I booked my accessible room and then proceeded to drive 800 miles. Arrived and was informed that being 100% VA disabled and having a service pet was not allowed in an accessible room on the first floor. They were fully booked on the third floor (where they let “pets” stay. Their policy states that service pets are allowed without restrictions/fees. Do not book a room here!! He called a “supervisor” and the answer was still no! Currently 12:30am on Memorial Day weekend and writing this in my truck. My wife and I with the service animal in question are having to sleep in a parking lot. F@&k you Quality Inn!

Not for me or the money

The first room i stayed in the drawers on the dresser opened up as it was titled forward. The a/C gan went off instead of staying on. The plugs were exposed causing fire hazards and the color scheme was bad.

My family stayed at this hotel, because we were attending a wedding in the area. Normally, we would have stayed with our friends' family, however, knowing how busy families can be at this time, we thought it better to stay in a hotel and have our own bathroom to get ready, etc. I did see all of the really bad reviews for this place and wasn't sure, but it was pretty much what I expected. If you are wanting a 5-star hotel experience, you will be disappointed. It says on the website it is a 2-star hotel. I was looking for a clean, inexpensive place to stay. I did call ahead about the pool as I saw many people saying it didn't work. When I called, they were honest and said "the pool is toast". I appreciated the honesty. Turns out we ended up with a lot of down time and it would have been nice to be able to swim in the pool, but I wasn't specifically looking for that. The breakfast was "continental" and for what it was, it wasn't bad. They had the Belgian waffles and the batter was mixed correctly (I'm a cook, I know), so they were pretty good, there was yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal, and muffins. The coffee was decent (and I am picky about my coffee), they needed to have more creamer, available. So, I would actually give this place 3.5 stars. It was clean with fridge nice size fridge and mini microwave. The biggest reason I am not giving a 4 is that they are still advertising for the pool on the website and they need to say it is closed for repairs.

The pool was closed, breakfast was not there, took 45mins to check in, no hot water to take showers, broken bed frames, very uncomfortable beds, and very disappointing. I asked for a different room got told no i asked if i could get a refund or at least a discount and got told not was not worth the money to stay

We love Hotels.com, but not this specific hotel!

The pool was closed. It was closed last year too when we came. Starting to think it's never really open. The room was filthy. Bathroom was not cleaned. The pipes screamed the whole time we took showers. A plastic bag hanging from the sprinkler on the ceiling. The carpets needed vacuumed and there was no hairdryer in the room as stated in the amenities list.
