The staff at the front desk were very polite and accommodating. When we first checked in we went up to our room and noticed that it had not been cleaned, we went back down to the front desk and they put us up in another room. The other room was very clean. When we checked out the next morning they did comp our stay for the mix up of a dirty room. This was our first time staying here as we were attending a Chiefs game. Our next Chiefs game we will stay here again.

This hotel used to be my go to hotel when I would go to Kansas City MO to see my family. My last stay was a 3 day stay. On the next to last day I came back to the hotel and my personal things were moved from my room and taken to another. When I asked they said they needed the room for a handicap person. I too am handicapped. I found another hotel and will be giving them my business from now on. Oh, and the handicapped room they moved me out of smelled musty and they only came in and sprayed some room deodorizer which quickly disappeared.
