When we got to the room our door was hard to open. We also found trash right beside the bed in between the bed and table that wasnt ours. The bathtub looked dirty also. The staff was great and very helpful. The pool looked off in color and the chlorine was so heavy that while sitting in the room watching our kids it hurt our eyes. And began to hurt theirs as well as the pool was super cold they said.

I reached out and haven’t gotten a reply. The pool was green and burned our kids’ eyes, there were crumbs when we opened the pullout couch, the carpets had just been cleaned and were wet and one of the days no one came to clean our room. It was very disappointing.
