Spacious hotel and beautiful property! The outdoor pool and bar have a beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel is ON the beach, the only issue is that the waves on that side of the island have strong currents, so swimming isn't encouraged there.

The room we were in 351 6nights, there was some noise that we can't figure out what it is! Made it little hard to sleep. We asked to move, they said all booked for the weekend and they'll put us on a list for later but never moved us.

Being charged $20 per night for parking only to have birds crap all over your car nightly sucked. Shower head in room did not work properly and for the first 3 nights A/C did not work properly. Kids at the pool could be controlled with better supervision by pool staff. All staff were A+ at check in/out and at the Crooked Surf. Room was kept clean and supplies replenished as needed

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Sheraton thanks in large part to their incredible staff. I would give it a 4.5/5 overall. There were only a few things I would change. For the last few days there was only one working elevator which was remarkably slow to begin with so only having one was a bit annoying. However I imagine it must be hard to get parts way out in Kauai. There were no real options for myself or my partner to eat at the hotel as we are vegan but the cocktails were delicious. Overall the hotel was very clean and our room always looked amazing, just don't park under the palm trees, the green rose-ringed parakeets will poop all over your car. Big thanks to Micah for helping my partner upgrade our room, he surprised me by proposing and got us a lovely beach view with Micah's help and they had set up the room with swans made out of towels and flower petals. It was very sweet. There is a cute little shopping center near by for snacks and souvenirs. We managed to do a lot of activities being situated towards the middle of the island and while the drive to Hanalei and Poipu areas were a little long I think this hotel is in a good position if you're looking to explore all sides of the island. Thank you to the wonderful staff for our stay, we hope to come back to Kauai soon!

We booked an oceanfront room and it was perfect. Full and direct view of the ocean. It was amazing. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was serviced everyday by housekeeping. Rooms were very sound proof. Our room was near where they hold the Luau which we could hear in the hallway but once we got into the room we couldn’t hear it at all. Loved the pool area. Direct access to the beach. Bikes available for use which we took on a five-mile bike ride along the coast. Loved the location. Definitely would stay here again.
