The place was amazing, we loved our view. The pool was fantastic. We loved our room. I wish that there was some kind of a dress code, which I know is impossible, but the nearly naked women ruined it for families and couples.

Hotel is very old and moldy :( The closet doors are heavy and don’t open, bathrooms are mid, bath tub kept clogging, and the wing we stayed at had no view. The staff was sweet

The room is clean, however the bed is too soft and the pillow has no support. There was an incident that there were couple of workers in our room replacing WiFi without notifying us. We were shocked when we walked back from the pool and our room door was wide opened and people were inside. We complained to the late night manager and all she gave us was excuses, it was not her fault, and they have placed a memo by the elevator. We didn’t notice the memo at all since we stayed on the ground floor and we don’t take the elevator. She mentioned she will compliment us with two free nights of hotel fee and parking fee but we noticed she only taken out one night during checkout. She did not keep her agreement which was very disappointing. The parking lot has tons of birds at night so your car will most likely cover with bird poops. Otherwise the pool was great and has a great view of the ocean. Foods are decent but on the pricey side.

Room ac wasn’t working and was told by staff upfront that “our guest just sleep with us doors open” paid a fair amount at stay 7 days/8nights to get that treatment…the other staff was great but like anything one bad experience takes away from everything else. Would not recommend this place because of it. I asked about the a/c 3 times.

Room was very nice, but obvious water damage issues in the bathroom and what was mildew or mold in a few spots; the shower head wasn’t fully operational; the floor panels were lifting (water damage); and the sink and shower had very slow drains.

Brittany, Deo (sp?) night manager. The fun activities throughout the day, the bikes that we took for a bike ride was a lot of fun. Loved how sometimes they would bring around fruit kabobs, or one time they brought around a little yummy shot of vodka and orange juice. Just all of the little touches like that were excellent. And Brittany was so kind and friendly and made us feel warm and welcome and not like we were a burden when we asked questions for recommendations and just made us feel extremely welcome simply by just visiting with us and giving us her time it was a wonderful Stay!

The entire staff, (with the exception of two particular women who were put out every time we asked something) were excellent! The night manager, he was fantastic, Brittany during the day was so welcoming and friendly and helpful. She helped make the trip fantastic. It was an excellent property with the exception of a very few minor things was perfect and we would recommend it to anyone and we would definitely stay there again.

Staff was wonderful, from the moment we stepped into the lobby to the valet. It is an older resort so some of the furniture was a lol outdated and things weren’t closing properly but that’s the only negative. The pool was phenomenal! And the Luau was top notch. We will come back ! Thank you!

Hotel room without cleanness conditions. Staff, Laila (manager) and Deo Ari Inui Haohao (Director of Front Desk) was not able to handle situations like this, bad service and I’m a person with inmune conditions like asthma and dermatitis. Pillow was with mold.
