Perfect location for getting around

We arrived late night and there was some booking trouble in my colleague. However, the hotel staff tried to check the problems and finally succeded to solve the problem. It took some time but staff behaviors are very kind and polite. I stayed nice time in Kassel.

We had payed for 2 adults and a child at 10 years old. There was no bed for the child and the receptionist said that the child could sleep in the bed with us. She said that it was Hotels.com that made and mistake and not the hotel- it was a vary bad experience
