There was a celebration in the room below that ended at 11pm. The noise was deafening. Which means the walls and floors were so thin. Front desk DID NOT answer at all. Aside from this, their service is horrible, lack of professionalism even from the people that worked the following morning during check out. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE overall. Oh, and the pillows have been the worst pillows.

I will NEVER book here again. The A/C was out in the lobby/1st floor and had been for WEEKS, they said. The rooms feel like you're sleeping in a warehouse. The couch is teeny tiny. Definitely don't count that as somewhere to sleep. There was no hand soap, just lotion, in the bathroom. They also left behind a really gross, thick hair that makes you wonder how clean any of the room is. Our friends that we booked with (3 other families) were sent to find another hotel because they had 3+ people in their family and the hotel only had King beds available (even though they reserved rooms with double beds well in advance). It was the most frustrating experience and I would NEVER recommend this location. **I couldn't include more pictures because my kids are in the rest of my pictures of the room.

Thin walls, lots of noise and stomping. The room had a weird smell. Room didn’t have any small towels. Staff were welcoming however I would not recommend anyone to this location.

The hotel is on the periphery of the Katy Mills Outlet Mall parking lagoon, so not the most charming locale, which made the sight of two thuggish teenagers on skateboards on the parking lot somewhat unsettling. Almost as unsettling as the wave of heat that greeted me when I walked into the lobby. The air conditioner was out of order, I was assured by the agent, but only in the lobby. Everything else was fine, except (and this is a BIG "except") the fan that rattled in my room all night (and that could not be turned off for some reason), but even worse, a front desk that would not/did not answer the phone when I called to complain. I ended up leaving one day early (out of a two night stay). The bed was comfortable.

The lobby was hot, housekeeping didn’t clean my room, tried calling down to the front desk three times and no one answered, until I called from my cell phone. Asked for towels to be brought to the room because they weren’t replaced and was told to come down and get them, how is the guest being inconvenienced by your staff’s lack of service.
