Unlike what's claimed on the website, they actually don't have wifi. The guest rooms are all in a different building than the lobby itself which is in the same building as a restaurant. I happened to have phone signal issue in this area so I had to walk from hotel building to the lobby building a few times simply to get wifi access. Additionally, the hotel room facilities were quite outdated.

Great place!

We had a nice stay while visiting Monument Valley. It’s about 30 minutes away, but there aren’t that many places to stay close by. The drive to and from is gorgeous. There were plenty of of places to eat and shop, unlike right near the park.

No Wifi and heating

No Wi-Fi at room in 2025!! No heating, manual temperature regulator. But, moving the regulator 90F no hot air was coming out of the outlet. Basically, heating was off though the night was quite cold. The wardrobe is inside the bathroom!! Awful option for a family with kids. Big room, but not cozy, compact and comfortable.

USA road trip

It was a shame the pool was closed, we we're looking forward to a warm dip. Staff were pleasant, room was clean, some TLC needed but the bed was comfy which is more important than some decor issue. Checkout was easy.

Not impressed with front desk

Check in was terrible, each trainee required one or two other trainers. It took forever to have my two independent nights stay combined into one account. The power went out, no fault of the hotel, but I was locked out of my room for 3-4 hours despite contacting the front desk twice, even after being issued a new card. Each time I went to the front desk I had a 20-30 minute wait. I was not impressed. I was impressed with the dining room help. They were all very friendly and the food was quite good.

Older hotel, but clean and beds were comfortable. We were there before the season started so no restaurant - there is a nice little diner across the street that you could walk to that had a good breakfast.

Property was old and dated though clean. No wifi in the rooms but no warning until check in. They were going through a check in systems conversion and the check in process was long and complicated. I wouldn't stay here again

In our 10 day trip through the Navajo Nation, this was the most expensive hotel with no fridge or microwave and breakfast wasn't included. To top it of the shower was just warm even though the water at the sink was hot. If I come through again I would continue to Chinle or Monument Valley, which ever direction you might be going.
