They didn’t have wifi for the duration of our stay and signal was very bad. The receptionist at check in was so nonchalant about it and couldn’t even say when they will have wifi back which left me with the impression that it’s a common occurrence. We had bugs in our room, strands of hair on one of the pillows and on bathroom counter, and the grossest of all was the fake eyelashes stuck to the back of the complimentary makeup remover packet. No microwave or fridge and their coffeemaker is in the bathroom. Only desk was the table between the beds. Comfortable bed, acceptable bath space and pool size is comparable to a home pool.

We have stayed here twice. Everything is ptetty clean and staff are always around doung work and are friendly. The property is all maintained well but rooms woyld benefit from a deep clean. The rooms in the back area dont have windows that open. Last time we had poolside but be orepared for a lot of noise frim the pool. Stoll a good spot to stay overall.

More guest amenities needed

Expected more guest amenities for the room rate charged. Room was basic and surprisingly didnt have a mini refrigerator or microwave. Lighting in room was dim and not easy on eyes. Rooms are spread out over the property in sections which was like dormitories. Once you check in, you must get in your car and drive to your section of the building and park. If you have more than a roller bag, it isnt easy to carry more items to the room because of walking distance. To enter the section of building where our room was located, we had to go through a side door and down a long hallway to get to the room. Providing rolling carts or a way to transport items and luggage from the car would make it an easier task. The main lobby and eating area are in a separate building from the sleeping rooms which would require one to get out in inclement weather to enter this area. There is no internet or complimentary breakfast available for guest.

The place is outdated. The beds aren’t comfortable, the air conditioning didn’t cool the room much and it was noisy. The fan in the bathroom was noisy and didn’t work well. They provided I bar of soap and one shampoo. You could hear the neighbors. Outside was dirty and unkempt. Mattresses by the trash bins. No one cleaned the outside of the hotel and it was obvious. $215 was way over priced for what we got. When you’re the only hotel with rooms I guess you can price gouge
