I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others: do not stay here under any circumstances. This place is infested with roaches and reeks of filth the moment you walk in. They don’t clean — they just sweep dirt and dust under the furniture to make it look passable at first glance. The entire room had a terrible odor. The linens were disgusting. I believe the sheets were never changed during my stay, and the towels were clearly reused — just refolded and hung back up, still dirty and stained. Everything from the bedding to the bathroom felt unsanitary and unhygienic. Worse, during my stay, several of my personal items went missing after I requested room service. When I brought this up and asked for a refund, the manager became hostile and aggressive, refusing to take any responsibility. It was clear they didn’t care about guests — only taking their money. The Wi-Fi, which I relied on for school, was essentially useless — constantly dropping or crawling at a snail’s pace. I couldn’t get anything done. This was hands-down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. It felt unsafe, unclean, and completely unprofessional. I left feeling like I needed a shower and a trip to the laundromat. I truly regret not spending a little more to stay somewhere halfway decent. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. This place should honestly be shut down.

Surprisingly wonderful (and awesome breakfast)

This hotel offers breakfast, which was delightful. And it isn't a squidgy breakfast either - there were eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, milk, yougurt, cereals, etc. Saved us from going out for breakfast, which can be a major expense. My husband noted that this was the nicest looking budget hotel lobby we've seen!
