I stayed only one night but man I could have and wanted to sleep for days in that bed. I had a king room. Bed was amazing. Little sitting area was perfect for my to-go dinner I had. Receptionists were beyond nice and welcoming.

Besides the loud noises above us starting at 4:45 AM, so loud that our sound machine couldn’t drown it out, the stay was great. I had Checked reviews before booking.

Our room flooded we were promised a refund. But since we booked through a 3rd party I had to contact expedia. Then i was denied my refund. The manager wouldnt speak to me. I have several videos of the flooding. Tried to be nice but got no where!

Staff made the stay.

Excellent room. Pool was great. Breakfast had variety. Staff were excellent! See below. Isaiah and Gabby were working the front desk during our check in and settling in process with our family and they were excellent at accommodating our requests as we tried to get our 1 and 2 year old settled for the night, even brought us items to our room that we normally would need to pick up on our own from the desk.
