Good staff, but understaffed. Facility improving, but much to be done. The entire place wreaks of smoke (weed). My room was large and clean, but stunk. Luckily, an open window with cool air helped with a good breeze.

Literly the electric was out for 12 hours from 8 pm to 6am … I have a baby… not cool not cool at all for 100 dollars a night…. 1/10 would never stay again even if you paid me 100$ a night.

It was great. I am 76 years old and they were very understanding. Let me check in 2 hrs early, gave me a room right by the elevator. Very nice and helpful staff.

I could smell someone smoking in the adjacent room most of the night. The staff was slow and just wandered off during checking in the person before me to see if the room they has available would work for them. He never communicated why he was leaving . . I have stayed here many times but it is going down hill.

We were grateful for the freezer to put our fish in. The shuttle to the airport was great. The lobby area and the out side of the building need some TLC. The dumpster area was gross. Owners need to dump more money into remodeling.
