Room was not very clean. A crust on the couch cushion. Took 2 days to get the toilet fixed in our room. Leaked water on the floor. Food menu is kinda bland. No live music. Bar was understaffed and it took 20 minutes to get a drink.

Property was close to the airport. They offered a free shuttle into town as well as to and from the airport. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. Pool was on the smaller side and crowded, but could always find a seat. The location was across the street from Smathers Beach, which is why we chose this hotel we love Jimmy Buffett!

It was my first time staying at this hotel, I paid to much money and the area on the hotel is under construction. There should be a note before booking.

I had a sleepless night because of a loud humming noise like a generator or ice machine in my room. Pillows over my ears would not even dampen the noise. It was not the AC. It was coming from outside. I let the front desk know about it when I left.

Beautiful Hotel, spacious rooms, delicious food, excellent service. The only downside is that the property is 2 miles from old town eland Duval Street. While they have transportation to old town on the hour and return trip on the half hour, it often didn’t fit into our plans so we needed to take a number of Ubers. Rather than being walkable.

Inferior roomd

There were ants in my first room so bad they got in my bed. I was moved. The second room had no privacy shade. They had to replace the shade. The alarm clock appeared to have blood on it. I was told it was oxidized. The second room was not as nice as the first room. It was a bad experience. I wound not stay here again.
