The views were great! Water access was perfect! Had a lot of issues with house keeping? We stayed 8 nights and had no housekeeping 3 of those days, even after I complained the first time? No towels, washclothes, bed not made. Normal housekeeping duties were not done? After the last time I had to go speak with the front desk and they did refund me $200.00. It was something but I expected a lot more for what we paid for our stay. Staff was very polite!

This hotel is awful. There is only a limited buffet and no restaurant. The room was not cleaned and then we had to ask twice for it to finally be cleaned at night. The air conditioner in the room was the loudest I have ever heard. Nobody slept…. We had to decide between the noise of the system or the unbearable heat. The hotel should not be rated anywhere near what it is and Hilton should be embarrassed to charge what they do. Just awful.

Way too expensive to eat there, an unimpressive quality of food, on average a dinner for 2 is around $200. Everything else was okay, except for the massive cockroach we stepped on in the stair well, which we walked by the entire stay. Key west is a money grab. Everything costs way too much.

Room needed attention. Handle in shower broken, not fixed even after I reported it. A/C unit is loud and runs all night. Returned after being gone all day to my door being left ajar by cleaning crew. Door is hard to close.

The property was very pretty. Loved that it is on the beach. There was an elevator that was down so we had to use another one that I think was the staff elevator. It wouldn’t open the one time we used it for several minutes. The inside was very hot as it was not air conditioned. It was kind of scary, thankfully it opened after several minutes.

Our stay at Casa Marina was magnificent. The staff were attentive, hotel immaculate, delicious food and cocktails. Vince welcomed us as we stepped onto the property. Patrick moved us to a more comfortable handicap accessible room. Ryan took care of us our whole stay. I’m recovering from knee surgery and Ryan made my stay memorable and comfortable ensuring I had seating, checking in to give me cold water when I had some exhaustion and physical challenges. The whole staff and concierge John made wonderful recommendations for dining and shopping on the island. There was no detail not addressed. The history of the hotel, the various sitting areas inside and outside of the hotel made for different experiences every day. The property was walkable with my walker. The food was amazing. I will go back to Casa Marina!
