$1000 incidental hold needs to be added to info about property. This was a surprise, excessive and disappointing. This was half of our vacation $$. King balcony ocean view was beautiful. Pool and beach were beautiful. Food I. Restraint was delicious but expensive. Staff is Awesome.

Be ready to pay for everything!! Wifi, beach access, water! It’s crazy they beat you over the head with a $60 a day fee at the end of your stay! Will not stay here again. Oh, and $35 a day to park anot to mention the $15 drinks - minimum $200 for dinner!! Come with deep pockets!

The room floor was extremely dirty, I let my baby crawl so we could unpack our things, his legs,hand and foot got black full of sand, filthy. The shower drain was blocked, when we had shower the shower floor was like a pool and water overflowed. The lift on our tower was not working and again with a baby was not helpful. This place has everything to a 5 star hotel but they are lacking on maintenance and management. The vacation that was supposed to be relaxing was pure stress from check in to check out. Would not come back.

The hotel is moldy and extremely run down. Staff is rude and try to charge you for everything. At $500 a night they made me pay $50 for parking seeing I was arriving with babies. The hotel feels extremely old and carpets are dirty. The pools were closed and the ones that were open were dirty. Staff was super rude to everyone not just us. I took shelter during a lightning storm and I was kicked out of a Cavan even though I was with 3 little kids. Worst stay ever!! We left the same night!! Don’t waste your money. They need a renovation and new staff !!
