The room was clean however very small and the bathroomwastiny. Only one desk chair to sit, very small closet and very little drawer space. We ended up leaving most of our clothes in the suitcase under the desk. Having said, the grounds were spectacular!

This is a great property in a fantastic location, yet quiet within the property walls, great breakfast, staff and lovely gardens. I would have loved a hot tub and a little more sun at the pool area (even on sunny days) but I went in January when it’s a little cooler. Overall it was a great stay, low resort fees, nice comfortable and renovated room and great common areas such as front porch, gardens with hammock and other gathering areas. I will hopefully be back!

Courtyard was relaxing, breakfast service/staff very friendly. Rooms were small and no exhaust fan in bathroom but seems reasonable considering how old some of the buildings were. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Nice place, very clean, awesome staff, good breakfast, great atmosphere. Gave 3 stars only for our room location, it was awful, you had to go out a locked entrance to get to room and back through to get back to pool, breakfast, and the nice tropical garden, Kinda makes you feel like an outcast. always had street noise, bar music noise, and construction noise.

Duval House was the quaintest, cute, cozy, comfortable place I’ve ever stayed in KW. We are from Key Largo and travel down every couple months. This will be our new spot! Perfect spot, on Duval, awesome room, cute, HEATED pool amazing! The breakfast was delicious, every staff member was personable and kind!!10 out of 10 for sure! Can’t wait to go back!

Great location, right in the heart of ALL the action in Key West. You can walk anywhere touristy from this location. The Garden in the back is the signature feature of this property. It is serene, well looked after and very relaxing. The property is really old, so the rooms are basic but very clean and tidy. Ours had a sloping floor so it was hard to keep the luggage standing up. They serve breakfast in the morning in the Garden and that is a very nice way to kickstart your day.

The staff is amazing! Friendly, courteous, and helpful! The breakfast they serve is the perfect way to start your day. Room was small but just enough to lay our head down at night and take a quick shower the next morning. Location was prime... right on Duvall, almost half way to either Mallory Square and the Southernmost Point. My highlight was a morning that Kis-Kis the kitty took a nap on my lap. Perfect way to start the day! Definitely recommend a stay!

I have stayed at the Duval House many times over the years. Always a welcoming staff, rooms are clean, amenities including the pool are quietly and privately tucked away. Morning coffee and breakfast are super great with multiple breakfast foods and varieties. Remember to ask for daily Housekeeping because they leave it to you to otherwise. Checkout is easy. Close to Everything on Duval St.
