we never received housekeeping our entire stay , even after having a direct conversation with staff to please return after 1130am during our 3 night stay . The shuttle bus is a huge liability waiting to happen . people arguing and getting physical to get on the bus ! We were shoved by other hotel guests in order to board the shuttle . a better process must be put into place immediately or civil liability will be a big problem for this resort .

Found roaches in the room, first night we asked for a different room since we had found roaches. On our second room was the same thing.... everything was good but wouldn't recommend or stay again... for a room over $1,800 i would expect at minimum no bugs.

Immediately was sick after eating from the on site restaurant. After coming back to the hotel a day later from my hospital stay. The pool, restaurant, and bar were shut down with no notice. Asked to be compensated for the inconveniences for at least the food that we got sick from. Told we would be compensated and that never happened. I also pointed out several safety issues on the property and no action was taken.
