This is a great hotel, we enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. The rooms are spacious and set up nicely, the bathroom is wonderful. Our balcony facing the pool was also nice. Everything is clean and tidy, the breakfast is good. We liked this area since it is away from the the busy downtown/old town area, so there is plenty of parking here and it's quiet (except for the airport). It's walking distance to Smather's beach and East Martello tower. The free shuttle is really nice to have for getting to and from downtown and the airport. This is a nice hotel for the affordable price in Key West.

Such a gem of a property. Close to the airport; so close they fly over you when sunbathing, free shuttle but only used once. We rented a golf cart right from the property to explore the island. The room was nice and spacious and very clean. We didn’t have a balcony but next time we visit we will. The breakfast was good but if you are a decaf coffee drinker ask for the decaf packs as none out. The complimentary water bottles were great and could take as many as you want. The Cheekie Hut by the pool was very nice, good food and good drinks!

Great location with easy access to everything needed. Pool area was great with the bar. Away from the larger crowds near the cruise ports and Duval St area, but only a 10-15 min drive their get there. Planes take off directly over the hotel, so it can get loud, but only for a few seconds and there are not really any flights at night.

The daily shuttle service is a great amenity! It was easy to sign up for the time of day we wanted to head into town and the drivers were ALWAYS friendly and helpful. You could see that they genuinely enjoyed their work. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions, as well as offered suggestions for places to go and explained any logistics we made need to consider. I had stayed at this hotel a long time ago and, unfortunately in that time, the airport has grown in its flights, in that there are times during the day when a plane is taking off over the hotel and it is loud. That is really too bad, because this hotel has a ton of amenities (great pool!), excellent staff and service, and the noise may have others consider staying somewhere else.

The man at the check in counter was amazing and provided the best customer experience and first impression of a business that I have experienced in a long time. Loved the pool, tiki bar, free waters, free breakfast, and shuttle. Queen room was spacious with fridge and microwave.
