This was our first time staying at Havana Cabana. The hotel we typically stay at recently changed their name so we decided to try someplace new and I’m glad we did. The hotel is like stepping into another country from the moment you walk in. The pool is like sitting in an island oasis. The staff was attentive and super nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shuttle driver was friendly and full of suggestions if needed. We will stay here again. Ps… the hotel is under construction, mainly its annoying if you sit next to it at the pool, but when the dj was playing we could hardly hear a thing

This hotel was lovely. We didn’t have much interaction with staff. The shuttle is a really great advantage because it is farther from the action in Key West. Overall it was a nice property and we would stay again !

We booked a girls trip here based on the fact that it was sapose to be adult only. And it is NOT! Its an average hotel, and staff is not that friendly. The concierge was very rude and un helpful. We found more help downtown ear the port for excursions.

Our long weekend at the Havana Cabana in Key West was absolutely fantastic. This hotel truly captures the relaxing, laid-back vibe of the Keys while providing top-notch amenities and service. The highlight of our stay was definitely the beautifully large pool. It's the perfect spot to unwind, soak up the sun, and enjoy the tropical atmosphere. We also highly recommend the Cuban French toast—a delicious and unique twist on a breakfast classic that we thoroughly enjoyed. Our room was also a standout. It was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room for us to relax after a day of exploring. What truly made our stay special, though, was the exceptional service we received. The hotel's pet-friendly policy was a huge plus, and we were so grateful for Joe's friendly and thoughtful service at check-in. He made us feel so welcome and even provided our small puppy with her own bowls and toys—a gesture that went above and beyond our expectations. We also want to thank David and Chris for their kind and helpful service in accommodating our requests, making sure our stay was perfect. We highly recommend the Havana Cabana for anyone looking for a pet-friendly hotel with great service, a gorgeous pool, and a comfortable stay in Key West. We can't wait to come back!

Wow, what an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything felt so welcoming and stress-free. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile—it honestly felt like they went out of their way to make our trip special. The resort itself is gorgeous! The rooms were super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Waking up relaxed every morning was just magical. The pool areas were spotless and had plenty of space to relax—perfect for just kicking back with a drink in hand. The food was another highlight—so fresh and delicious with lots of options. Whether it was breakfast by the pool or dinner at the restaurant, every meal was a treat. I also loved that there was a great mix of relaxation and activities. We could lounge all day if we wanted, but there were also fun things to do if we felt like being more adventurous. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Havana Cabana enough. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to unwind, recharge, and make some amazing memories. I’m already dreaming about my next trip back! 🌴✨
