AWFUL experience. At check in was told we'd get our security deposit ($300) back. They charged us $170 for " baggage fee", and parking in their empty parking lot. Was never told this at check in, was told the opposite actually. You cannot bring outside drinks into pool area, so their bar can make money. Security guard was really rude. Elevator broke down, we were on the 3rd floor. Almost ruined my engagement trip. They clearly only care about money. Avoid at all costs.

It’s not the Hilton Garden standard the towel goes old discolored facility was not clean. It’s like private old hotel paying Crris for Hilton Garden Inn getting separate or Daisy even they have a battery service cleaners in the bath towel.

We had a wonderful time and stay. The staff was very friendly, though most didn't speak English. The rooms were clean and came with complimentary water, chocolates, and nuts, which was a nice touch that was appreciated. They do room service every day, which is a rarity. We didn't try out the breakfast, but something they don't tell you is that the location doesn't have 3 restaurants. They are all chain-owned by the same business, so they share each other's restaurants. The Starbucks is at the hotel next door, which is a bit of a walk . One other thing is parking. They don't tell you that it's in the back, and you need your room key to open it the gate. Oh, and I know it's Key West, but they have roosters all over the property, so if you are a light sleeper, they will wake you up at 6 am. This isn't the hotel's fault bc they have notices that say that quiet hrs are 11 pm- 7 am daily, but the last night we were there, we had some drunk Karens outside smoking cigarettes and being obnoxious. Overall, we had a great time, and we will be coming back.

The beds were very comfortable. There were enough pillows of all different hardness levels. The food was nicely prepared. The only thing that was inconsistent was the time of housekeeping. You never knew when they were going to show up. We were usually out of our room most of the day, and would return to shower and get ready to go out for the evening. Sometimes the room would not be made up by 5, other times it would be cleaned while we were at breakfast.
