Very low-key beautiful, stunning property. The great Jacuzzi bathtub was a highlight, after long days of being in the sun walking or excursions. The Jacuzzi bath tub will bring us back to life ! The pool and Jacuzzi and all the other amenities were just as great. The spacious rooms and huge balconies,you & the family could eat dinner watching the sunset.

The staff was great. We checked in around 8pm and discovered there was a problem with our air conditioner. They came to the room that night to attempt to fix it and offered us another room for the night when they couldn’t. Then the next morning they got a technician to come and work on it. We went out for the day and returned to a super chilly room. Also upon check out, they waived the resort fee because we had that problem. Great customer service!!!

Very noisy from surrounding rooms and walkway. Walls and ceiling are thin. Noise from airport is minimal and only during the day. DO NOT take a room near elevator as it is used to transport supplies all through the night. Pool and grouns are very nice

Staff was lovely. Check in and check out we’re both painless and quick. One girl at the front desk upon check in was rude to another guest which was highly inappropriate in front of other guests but switched over to take care of our check in and was very pleasant. Grounds were well kept and clean. Pool area was phenomenal. Loved watching the chickens and lizards and even caught the staff cleaning the grounds early morning talking to the chickens which was cute. Stayed for a week and kept the do not disturb on the door and they did not enter which I loved. We kept our own towels and washcloths washed up as there is a washer and dryer. Kitchen has all the basics. Overall excellent!

Overall, our experience was positive! The rooms are equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. They are spacious, and we had a wonderful view of the water. On the property, there are different activities available, and you can even grill. Every day the hotel offers certain events, for example, on Mondays a morning buffet with French pastries. As for the downsides, the only thing I can mention is the lack of room cleaning. It didn’t critically affect our opinion, but usually I haven’t come across this before. I also can’t say that the noise from the planes taking off was a minus, since the hotel is right next to the local airport. For us, it was actually interesting to watch! But for some people, this might be uncomfortable if you prefer quiet rest.
