Staff and location were great, but hotel was a bit run down. Multiple elevators down, scrapes on walls and in elevators, sinks didn’t drain well and mattresses creaky just to climb in and out. Room was not as described - sitting area at entrance to room with no view of balcony/outside.

Great location!!

This motel is a very nice location. The price you are paying is for the location. It is walking distance from everything you will want to see in Key West. The rooms are very clean. The only advice I have is skip the tin roof restaurant, it is not worth the price and the service is poor. The pool and pier is very nice and the staff at this location is great. The lobby is a little bit disappointing but don’t let that fool you because everyone there is happy to help you and having a great vacation.

In our opinion, the Ocean Key is the best located, best maintained property in all of Key West. The entire staff was very warm, welcoming, and professional and they made our stay most enjoyable.

Location was perfect. Very walkable. The music in the pool area was too loud. I like to read poolside and the noise made this difficult. Also, even with umbrellas it was hard to get out of direct sun

The location is great. Close to everything. We were a little disappointed in the restaurant. We had a couple of problems with key s that didn’t work and no hot water but they fixed it quickly. All in all it was a nice place. Very expensive.

We loved our stay here. The front desk staff are absolutely phenomenal. Location can’t be beat. Perfect location to walk up Duval and into the action, but it’s far enough away to find respite from the crowds.
