The room was nice and big. There were a living room and kitchen. It was very nice and clean. The staff is also great. I accidently forgot my earnings, they called and inform me and had it at the front desk for me when I went to pick it up. Would definitely recommend.

up against neighbors parking lot. the only truck there over night parks as close to the motel as possible. the bushes are overgrown and there is no room to get to your room. i broke my bike mirror squeezing through. if they trim the bushes way back it will be fine

The room was clean, looked good and was spacious. The door howevr was glass and had some kind of bamboo cover that did not cover anything and people could see straight inside if we had the lights on. The main entrance is under construction so we had to walk through gravel to get in which was okaybut someone who needs a flat ground would struggle. Check in experience was easy and staff was pleasant and helpful.

Don’t let the construction on the outside fool you, the rooms are nice. My room was recently redone to include a brand new tile bathroom that is nicer than mine at home. Fresh paint, new lg flat screen tv, comfy beds, new flooring, and plenty of space to move around. The pool was under construction but I knew that ahead of time because it was posted online when I booked. The family owners were very friendly and let me borrow some things I had forgotten to pack. Location is excellent, hotel is well lit on the exterior. The doors open to the outside but I never felt unsafe. I would definitely stay here again. It’s not fancy with expensive art work and water features, but the location can’t be beat and it’s spotless.

Room was clean but small, recently nicely updated. Windows were still the old jalousie type and did not close properly, entry door had big gaps all around, big enough for critters to get thru. Entire property was a construction site. Workers showed up at 8.00 am. Hotel location is good. Clarence Higgs beach is not far. Once the construction is finished we would consider booking here again.
