The service was amazing and they even upgraded our room. The breakfast was nice and convenient. The only issue was we must have been right above the garbage bins because every morning between 3-5 am garbage trucks would come and very loudly dump the garbage. Our air conditioner had a super loud rattle as well.

Silver Palms is in a great location, walkable to all the sights and beach. The pool and rooms were extremely clean and staff was nice and helpful. Bikes for rent were on site which was really convenient.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great. Walkable to many of the restaurants and other attractions including Duvall Street. The only complaint would be the parking garage which the spaces were pretty tight. The waffle bar was very good. I would stay there again.

The hotel is older but well taken care of and very clean. The best breakfast of all the hotels we have stayed at. Omlet station, bagels with ham & cheese you could add, yogurt, and sweets. Great service

This was my first time down in Key West and I kind of booked the whole trip last minute. I was incredibly pleased with my decision of the Silver Palms Inn. The whole facility was very clean and it was a real steal for the price per night! I highly recommend booking your next stay here, you won’t regret it!!
