Good points; Great location, very comfortable beds, nice pool and had a hot tub. Staff was friendly enough, breakfast was good. Downsides: room had no hot water at all for showers (reported it, but only there for one night so can’t say how they responded to repair it); room at night is VERY bright. Bring an eye mask if you need dark. They have birds in a cage in front which we personally hate to see and it’s not necessary (makes us sad to see birds caged) Overall would stay there again if the price was right.

Breakfast menu had some decent options, the happy hour was a nice touch. Will checked us in upon our arrival on the evening of the 30th and was auper helpful. Luckily we got the last parking spot available that night, but parking was limited. Great location! Unfortunately, the temps were a bit low in Key West during our stay, but over all it was great.

Great location, staff friendly, fridge in room, breakfast and happy hour. Staff were awesome. Location to Duvall street is perfect. They do have lots of roosters, just cut a noise app on your phone and your are good.

Hotel is great. Pool, hot tub, staff, breakfast, and happy hour were all great. The biggest problem is the ROOSTERS screaming allllllll night, starting at 3am and bleeding through the paper-thin windows and walls of the hotel.

Room was clean but not very warm & inviting. Quite small with no room to put your belongings. Breakfast was very nice & always plentiful. One lady on the staff was very pleasant & helpful but the rest were not at all. Very lackadaisical. I asked for a printout of our account & system was down. They advised they would email it to me but several days have gone by & I still don’t have it. I would not stay there again.
