1. The staff is so kind and friendly. 2. Location is central to Duvall Street and Old Town. 3. Most rooms are spacious, very clean. 4. AMAZING BEDS, TBH, this is one of the main reasons we return annually. 5. Nice pool and courtyard. 6. NO CHILDREN. Lets face it, KW is an adult destination, with few child friendly attractions. I highly enjoy the kid free environment. 7. Morning breakfast and evening happy hour on property. 8. ROOSTERS!!! 9. Again , the staff is phenomenal 10. Highly recommend Only 2 negatives- shower water pressure in some rooms is low. And some rooms are second and third floors with no elevators for lugging heavy bags.

Fun in Key West

Patrick our host was amazing. He spent a good portion of the evening acquainting guests with the area and sharing stories making us all feel at home. The room we chose was spacious and clean. The evening reception was a great way to meet other guests as was breakfast

Easy access to Duval and centrally located. Very limited onsite parking and other options can be expensive. Pool, hot tub and courtyard are very inviting. Some rooms can be subject to street noise. There is an $89 amenity fee, which was a surprise. Overall, I liked it very much and would stay there again.

Nice quiet secure hotel and grounds only 2 blocks from Duval Street. Great hospitality from staff, especially Patrick. They have a good continental bteakfast and a happy hour at night.The room is old, but clean and beds are comfortable. Outdoor pool is heated. Loved the landscaping and the roosters! Just be aware there is no laundry. Very convenient to everything. I plan to come back.

It was a nice property .. Key West vibe. We had the smallest room and it was ok but there was no place to hang a shirt or jacket. Also the light outside the room was on all night and it looked like daytime in the room. Then the roosters all over the place started crowing quite early. But let me tell you there is a lot of that on the island. The outside of the property is very nice, pool and hot tub are nice and the outside area is a little oasis. Plenty of seating. 1/2 block off Duval and music and food everywhere.
