Excellent staff and historic and beautiful property. Small breakfast was very nice as we are not full breakfast type people. Only downside is the second level of the margarita/mojito bar next door faced directly towards our room on the 2nd floor so we just closed the curtains on that side. Very convenient location to beach, bars, restaurants, and shopping. Would definitely stay again when we come back to Key West.

The room was beautiful! Very spacious. The staff were extremely friendly. The location was great to just park the car and walk through the old town, but still easy to get out to drive if needed.

Seemed to be a lot of hidden fees. Birds in and around pool was sick. Had to carry bags up 3 flights of stairs I know I’m not in the best shape but wow that was all I wanted to carry our big bag up. Brick parking lot was really rough almost twisted an ankle. But the building was neat looking and the history was cool.

Loved this place! After a day of terrible travel delays the gentleman that checked us in made us smile. He was super friendly and so helpful. The room we had was beautiful and the view was amazing. The food at the restaurant was delicious. Even on Duvall St it was quiet other than the chickens.

Overpriced for what you get

Stayed for one night there and it was ok, room is nice enough, bed is comfortable but bathroom was a bit tired. It's a good hotel but not for £600 a night, I think the price is based on history of the hotel rather than quality of stay you get.
