We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect. The room was cute and comfortable. Free parking was a plus. The grounds are beautiful. The staff was super friendly. The only thing guests should be aware of is that the office holds your keys in case they need to move cars around due to limited parking and the office doesn't open until 8 a.m. We were delayed a little bit because we didn't think ahead to try to get our keys the night before our departure.

This is my 3rd time I stay at this property. If you are looking to stay where the action is at, this is it! Located in the main street, surrounded by shops and variety of restaurants where feel safe, do not have to worry about parking, convenient and walkable to main attractions areas. Definitely would stay here again only thing we had was the first morning I took a Luke warm shower cause I did not read the directions on the wall about operating the hot water with on demand Besides that nice place and price and location was perfect for being on Duval street.

Had a great stay here! Clean rooms, friendly staff and property is walkable to many sights, shops and dining. Pools were nice with shaded areas for seating and enjoying breakfast or having a drink. Would stay again.
