Designed with modern finishes throughout, it features an updated kitchen and bathroom, premium linens, and a private balcony overlooking Dercum Square.

Located on the top floor, it offers a quiet retreat while keeping you in the heart of River Run Village—just steps from shopping, dining, village events, and a short walk to the high-speed gondola. The heated garage located directly below the property leads to easy access to the condo via the elevator. At Dakota Lodge, guests enjoy the largest heated pool in Keystone, two oversized hot tubs with slope views, and direct access to Dercum Square, which transforms into an ice rink in winter and a mini golf course in summer. In addition, you have access to the neighboring Buffalo Lodge lounge, including hot tubs, pool tables, and games.

The inviting living area features vaulted ceilings, modern decor, a flat-screen TV, and a beautiful stone gas fireplace. The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench—perfect for organizing gear after a day of adventure. A ski locker on the first floor next to the elevator makes for easy access to your ski equipment. The queen Murphy bed and queen sleeper sofa provide flexible sleeping options, with extra linens conveniently stored in the closet. The full-sized kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all essential cookware and tableware. Comfortable dining table for meals or game nights with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

5 star property with 1 star management

This condo is fantastic, great location, lots of room and quality furnishings (beds, mattresses, couch etc). It's always unfortunate when a nice place is poorly managed, I always feel bad for the owners. We arrived after driving all day, insane traffic delays etc. The condo didn't have enough towels for the number of people booked. When I messaged the management company about the shortage, they told me I had to get back in the car and come and get them at their office up the road!!!! It was New Years Eve and the village was a giant traffic jam. I wasn't going anywhere after driving all day. I asked if they could just drop them off the next morning when they had staff on site and they refused and said I had to come pick them up. I escalated the issue to VRBO, wasting an hour of my vacation time, only to have them tell VRBO that they'd be happy to drop them off the next day. Why couldn't they just have done that in the first place? Why is customer service so hard to find these days?

Great Location.

My daughter and I only stayed on night. We loved the location. Close to the lifts, restaurants and ice skating. Hot tub was nice and the pool was warm enough to stay in for a while on a cold night. The condo was clean and bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo, great location!

It's a great condo. Very clean and comfortable. Both the main king mattress and the murphy bed queen mattress have firm memory foam pads on them that are pretty comfortable. My husband didnt sleep as well due to the firmness but I was good. We were grateful for two humidifiers to use while sleeping, as it's super dry in Keystone. There are also several big box fans we used to pull in the cool outside air, which was great due to there being no AC. (We stayed in July and the unit was definitely quite warm, being 5th floor. But we were comfortable.) The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The pool and large hot tub were wonderful! Would stay here again. Very positive experience.

Great condo- bad mattress

We love our condo and location was great. The only thing that was bad is the mattress was hard foam. Slept awful the whole time. Both mattress were the same style. If your use to pillow top mattress you will not like this one..wouldn’t stay again because of mattress.

Summit Mountain Rentals was very communicative. The checkin was easy (thought a slightly off-site checkin is not the same as a front desk in a hotel). The process was easy and the Unit was exactly as it was listed. To me, the most important thing is clarity and expectations, and this experience was perfect. This is a nice unit with a nice view. And the Aspens were at their Peak in Summit County and Beyond.

Keystone getaway

We felt the check in process was easy and straightforward. They were painting doors and cleaning the garage floor while we were there. A bit of an inconvenience but tolerable. Lodging was clean and had all the necessary amenities. A kitchen scissors and a nonslip bath mat would be nice. We needed a little help with the tv. The managers were very responsive and came right away. We would stay again.

Adorable get away in the mountains

This rental property was amazing! It had everything needed for an extended weekend. It was very clean and the check in process was a breeze. So convenient to River Run and the shuttle comes right outside. Would definitely stay again !!

A good place for Rocky Mountain Family Get-Together

A good resort place to relax after a heavy day of hiking at the Rocky Mountains. Good outdoor pool and hot tub, and underground parking, but sauna is not working.

Keystone experience

The condo was very clean and updated. The check in process was actually very easy. You go to a specific location to get a packet for your stay. Very easy. Our unit was even ready earlier than the 4:30 time that was in the rental agreement. Summit County Mountain Retreats did a great job! Once you park, you don’t have to leave. Relax and enjoy everything River Run has to offer. Laundry is 1 floor down if you need to wash clothes. Cheap and fast as well. Overall, this was a great experience for our whole family!

Great ski condo

We had a comfortable stay in Keystone at the end of April in the condo. It was just minutes down the road from Arapahoe Basin and Dillon. The condo was attractively furnished and the layout provided us with plenty of room. The management company is excellent.

Great place!

The condo was perfect for our family. The location is a short walk through the village to the River Run Gondola or Summit Express. Check-in was a breeze and communication with property management was outstanding! The vaulted ceilings add a sense of space to the unit and we found it very cozy. The only item that we didn’t care for was the dense foam mattress master bed. If you’re not accustomed to this type of mattress, it may be a pinch point for longer stays. Our daughter loved the Murphy bed. Overall, we had a blast and would absolutely book this location again!

Great location for a family ski vacation

Everything was exactly as described. The communication leading up to the stay was so helpful and made checking in (especially with skis, bags, and kiddos) so smooth and easy. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals, and we appreciated all of the cleaning items that were provided. It was the perfect location for our family of 4. We would recommend this condo to others, and hope to be back in the future!
