Best motel I've stayed in in a long time! I can't say enough about how friendly and accommodating the staff was. The balcony looked down the main drag and some mountains but was very quiet at night. The New Orleans fan manager provided service that seems lacking at so many places today! Thanks Roosevelt's staff for a great stay!

Directly across the street is a cafe that has gelato, wine and coffee. There is also mini golf and a wax museum. Within ten minutes walk there are many shops and restaurants. My room had a balcony which was excellent! The bathroom was super clean and new looking. The bed was fine, a bit soft for my preference but new and clean.

The staff was so kind and the hotel was well kept and clean. The area around the hotel was perfect for our dogs and small children with a dog park and regular park just across the street. The breakfast was excellent. The only complaint I have is if you have a bigger vehicle or are towing you have to unload and park probably 0.5 miles or so away in a dirt lot. I definitely plan to stay here in the future if we pass through again.
