A good experience.

Room: as expectet for the price. We had a good experience. Breakfast: Feels like the breakfast facilities is dimentioned for half the hotel. Really difficult to find somewhere to sit. Its also really inefficient since most of the tables ar for 6 people. Since most of the customers are 2-3 people this lead to a lot of empty seats no one can use. Service: One of us had ordered an uber after check out. It got cancelled for some reason. The reception helped an got a taxi there within 2 minutes. Thousand thank you as we say in Norway.

Do not stay here

We queued for an hour to check in . No bar staff on bar just one girl doing everything. When we we r to the room the bed had no bedding on it , when we went down to ask they said they didn’t have any ? Ridiculous hotel , will never stay in this chain again . Breakfast was chaos also .

Arrived late evening and had to wait in a queue to check in this took approx 30 mins only one team member on reception with no apology given key card to room no explanation on hotel facilities in fact no communication given at all. As we were tired we went straight to our room and slept. The next morning we realised we had been sleeping on a mattress protector with no bed linen and a duvet with no sheet. Also no pillow cases on the pillows. How we missed rhis is due to tiredness. Immediately went to reception to inform them and we were told we are aware of the laundry issue several rooms have no bedsing as issue with laundry. Asked to speak to a manager but no one could be located. This is outaagious for a branded name of Hilton to sell rooms with no bed linen. Its disgusting !!!! I will never stay at another Hampton Inn again with no apology this hotel is a joke

Great location, a short walk from the bus/train station. A little walk to the centre. Ideal for what we needed. Great view from our room on the 13th floor
