The property is in a compound of itself with a garden and parking space. Thus, privacy is guaranteed.
It has a boys quarters attached to it, where the housekeeper/guard stays.
Access is private and not shared with any other residents other than the housekeeper who stays in his own part of the house.
There is sufficient parking for at least two cars.
The housekeeper speaks English and is on hand to assist. You will especially find him helpful with things like translating, giving directions in the local language and so on.
