We had a terrible experience with this place! 1. We had NO WiFi for the entire stay; we had to purchase our own wireless modem from MTN for 45000 FRW ($35). We should be refunded for this! 2. We found ants in the apartment and we reported it, but it took the staff 2 DAYS to finally do something about it! 3. We found the apartment missing kitchen utensils (no plate, no forks, no spoons); we complained several times and we were finally given these items on day 4! 4. The trash bin was not emptied and this was not addressed until day 2! 5. The staff (front desk) is mean and negligent! TERRIBLE customer service!
