Our remodeled and upgraded, spacious condo features spectacular, panoramic views of the entire South Coast of Maui and offshore islands from most areas of the condo interior and all three private lanais! Our second floor unit is spacious - featuring cathedral ceilings and over 1,500 square feet of living and lanai space. Bedrooms are oversized, and each features an ensuite bathroom, huge dressing area and ample closet space. For maximum privacy, the toilet and shower spaces are separated from the dressing area and vanities. Both bathrooms have been fully remodeled and feature walk-in showers. The bedrooms feature private lanais offering ocean and garden views. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, while the second bedroom features two twins. Both bedrooms were completely refurnished in the Summer of 2022, and new mattresses added in June of 2023! Please note that the living room sofa also converts to a queen-sized bed, and the unit also is equipped with a full-sized futon -- enabling the condo to accommodate six in comfort.
The unit features an open, remodeled, full kitchen with all new appliances. All living spaces feature carpeting and the entire condo has recently been repainted and fitted with new doors. The dining room is equipped with a dark wood table with seating for six. The living room sports island-style furniture, a huge picture window with awesome ocean views, flat-screen, wall-mounted television, and high-speed internet (free of charge for guest use). The living room opens onto a lanai with sweeping ocean views; the lanai sports a brand new dining table and chairs which make a delightful dining option.
Other features include separate air conditioning units for our guests' comfort in the living room as well as both bedrooms, numerous ceiling fans throughout the condo, and recently-installed stacked washer and dryer.
Ekahi 26-C is situated within a few seconds' walk of one of Ekahi Village's four beautiful swimming pools. Next to this pool is a pickle ball court and propane barbecues for Ekahi Village guests' use. The spectacular main pool, stunning new pool pavilion, fitness room and private, gated entrance to Keawakapu Beach is about a 3 minutes' walk from the unit.
Wailea Ekahi Village resort sits oceanfront on Keawakapu Beach, one of South Maui's true gems. It is a long beach of sweeping golden sand, safe for swimming most of the time, and has a very private nature due to the fact that there are few commercial properties located beachside. Just south of the Ekahi Village property is a 1.5-mile long beachfront promenade that meanders the entire length of the Wailea resort - excellent for a morning or evening stroll, power walk or serious run! The promenade takes you past stunning, golden-sand beaches and several of the Wailea-Makena area five-star resorts.
The condo features everything you need for a day out at the beach, including beach chairs and umbrellas, an ample supply of beach towels, boogie boards and pool toys for the little ones, a cooler and even a wagon to transport your gear down to the pool or beach!
