We stayed here for our babymoon and every experience at the hotel made us feel extra special. The service was amazing and the grounds were beautiful. The Fairmont staff also left a whale stuffed animal in our room for our baby with a sweet note to congratulate us. We will cherish our memories here forever!

Perfection in Maui

If you want a wonderful resort experience the Fairmont Kea Lani Maui is it! It's a beautiful property right on the ocean. The staff are incredibly nice and responsive. All the restaurants are delicious. The room we had was so so comfy and so well kept. I mean, what more do you need in a Maui vacation?

An excellent place for escape

This is an outstanding resort. I was upgraded to a suite which was fantastic. The room was spacious, comfortable and had a great wrap around balcony with seating and great views of the ocean. Any resort like this is not going to be inexpensive so as long as you know that going in, you will not be disappointed. The amenities are excellent and easily accessible. The grounds have been set up so that you can get to the pool, the beach, the restaurants with ease. The adult only pool is a great option and a nice mellow and quiet space if you want to be away from families and their energy. The staff was exceptional in every venue from check-in to check-out. They were able to accomodate and help with requests. This was my first trip to Hawaii and I am full convert and plan to be back. My thanks to the folks at the Fairmont for such a great stay. Mahalo.

Room service foods (cooking) could use improvement. Appreciate and liked the House Keeping service understanding our wishes when we did not want to be disturbed. We're both in the 70's and we're often napping or going to bed early in the evening. We were tired by the end of the day. We are very happy to have chosen to try out the villa this time around as it provided much more privacy and quietness. We hope there will be another time.

The Fairmont was a good choice

Ended up staying at The Fairmont after the other property that I’d booked wouldn’t allow me to change the number of days we were staying (had to change our trip from 7 to 5 nights due to scheduling conflicts) and instead that I cancel and re-book. I chose not to re-book with previously booked property and instead chose The Fairmont. Room was nice, service was good and everyone was friendly and attentive. Very pleased and would recommend

The hotel was beautiful. Very accommodating. Wish they had more Choices for lunch and dinner. The Ko Restaurant was excellent. Only one restaurant open for sit down breakfast And it was a buffet at $60-70 per person. The pool is amazing.
