Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on makuuhuone-kylpy sviitti, jossa parisänky; toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, ja siellä on keittiö sekä ruokailutila ja oleskelutila, josta avautuu tilava lanai. Toisen kerroksen parvihuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja kylpyhuone. Molemmissa vierashuoneissa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, jotka voidaan muuntaa king-size-vuodeksi (pyynnöstä ja hyväksynnästä). Die Ferienwohnung war super ausgestattet, Küche alles vorhanden, große Zimmer, genug Handtücher. Nur die Ausrichtung der Schlafzimmer zur Straßenseite ist suboptimal, vielleicht hatten wir auch nur kein Glück, zu unserer Zeit war es früh immer recht laut. Der Aufenthalt war dennoch toll. Hervorzuheben ist die tolle Poolanlage.

Location in Kehei was amazing. Close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The pool at Koa resort was nice with a hot tub and large pool for kids and adults. A lot of chairs at the pool and plenty of shade or sun to sit in. We used the barbecues to make chicken one night. The barbecues could use a good cleaning, but it was nice to have the option to use them. The condo was nice but could use a little updating. The pots and pans in the kitchen as well as the stove could be replaced. They are functional. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Plenty of nice bathrooms for guests to use. The biggest complaint is the heat. This condo could use a few portable air conditioning units. It gets hot…especially after a day in the sun and cooking in the kitchen. There is nice breeze when you open the sliding doors, but it isn’t enough on super hot days. I would stay again for sure. My family loved it here.

Maui vacation

We visited Maui for the first time and had a great time. Property was as listed. Centrally located. Tv had intermittent issues with screen turning off but wasn’t a real issue. Enjoyed the on site pool and hot tub. Enjoyed the shuffle board next to the pool. All around a very enjoyable experience.

We were unimpressed with the lack of air conditioning and hard beds. The property was nice but the rooms were tired and could use some updating. Screen doors were neat up and front door screen did not latch.

The property was amazing, beautifully landscaped easy to navigate. The pool, tennis courts and clubhouse with BBQs and foosball, ping pong was well set up. The bedroom set up and 3 bathrooms were ideal for our group of six, everyone had there own bathroom sink. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Indoor or outdoor dinning option and a relaxing living room. Turtles right across the street by the whale sanctuary. Was the perfect place to stay for the best family vacation.

Very spacious and great location

This place had everything my family needed, beach chairs, cooler, buggy boards, beach towels, an AC will make this place perfect, luckily it wasn’t too hot and morning are nice. Will definitely rent it again

Positives: the pool, three bathrooms and three sleeping areas, the location knowing the beach was not near, useable beach chairs/cooler/Boogie boards/beach towels, the lanai, updated bathroom with plenty of towels Negatives: not enough silverware- we bought more to have enough for each meal; worn sheets and bedding; kitchen needs updating; hard to get place cooled down; many electric plugs not functioning; difficult to unlock front door- would take multiple attempts with correct code before door would open

Lovely home, beautiful setting

This 3-bedroom home was a perfect getaway for our family of one grandma, two young couples and one small child. The home was well-stocked with most everything a traveler might need, including lots of extra towels, bedding, blankets, kitchen utensils, even lawn chairs and sand toys for kids. The kitchen was well supplied and everything worked. Living room, dining room, and patio accommodated our family of six very well. Very cozy sweet place! The one downside to this place is that it needs some handyman attention. The power outlet in the upstairs bathroom was dead, and the bedroom dresser was literally in pieces. The downstairs bedrooms were somewhat better but still rundown. Other than that, we had a perfect visit. We would stay here again.

Great value and excellent location

This was the perfect home-base for our family during our trip to Maui. The property had plenty of room for our family of 6 and everyone was comfortable. Very glad to have the kitchen and dining areas which we made use of most days. Our kids loved the pool which was a really nice bonus. The location is perfect for exploring Maui. Very happy with our time at the property and would happily stay here again next time.

Koa resorted is located across the street from the beach in Kihei. Unit was clean and tidy with newly renovated washrooms. Resort had a massive pool, tennis courts, ping pong and bbqs. PM highly responsive. Would stay again!

Perfect for our family

The location was perfect! A block from the beach. Not too far from the grocery store. Very centrally located. The amenities were amazing too! The pool was awesome! The hot tub was by far the best. There was a day where all we wanted to do was hang out onsite and cooking on the grill and playing foosball and ping pong while our food cooked was amazing! The house was super clean! The pictures had me wondering a bit since it looks dated but once we got there.. kitchen is a bit dated, living rooms and both indoor and outdoor dining areas were spacious! All three bathrooms were on point! Would definitely recommend and rent again!

Overall great stay, but no AC

Our stay overall was great. Outside door was controlled by a keypad, which was great since we had 5 adults coming and going. Make sure to read the signs about registering your car for parking. Info is in two places (on the wall and in the book) but was outdated and suggested there was a paper form to complete. The form is entirely online. Only complaint - which is really an oversight on my part - is that there is no AC. The listing does not claim any, so listing is accurate. I saw “newly renovated” and assumed, especially because I had looked at other units in the same complex that DID have AC. There’s so much wind that nights were fine, but it was a little hot the few times we were there late morning/early afternoon - temps were hot and the winds had not picked up yet to get the breeze moving through the condo. This was also middle of summer, so as hot as it gets. Location is great. We did not walk to many places, but its a short drive to access all the major highways. The little town of Kihei is just down the road and has some shops and restaurants and a really nice public beach. Parking at the beach was always readily available. We did not use the amenities, but the pool and tennis courts looked great. There are quiet hours, which seemed to be observed by all the residents and guests, so easy to get some sleep.

This place had a lot of minor maintenance thing’s broken. Property manager aware. Needs an update. But then it will loose that old Kihei charm. Perfect for family stay. The pool was excellent for the kids and the unit was close to the pool. The grounds were to die for with ample shade and forty year old plumeria trees you hardly find in Kihei any more. Across the street from the beach for sunset. Lay out of condo was perfect. Kids got the upstairs. Over all we all would request to stay here again next Kihei Vacation. In addition. The property manager was really good when I pointed out pre existing damage. It was minor and we didn’t need it repaired just didn’t want to foot any expense.

Quiet and perfect location for a family wanting to get away

We stayed the end of April, so it was warm but not excessively warm. The VRBO was clean and comfy. Loved the quaintness and charm of the place even though it’s a bit dated. Spacious and relaxing. It was warm at night after being locked up all day and not having a/c. Took a few hours to cool off. Great pool and veranda! It was a great value for Maui and would definitely stay again.

Great budget condo for a group

First of all, the management company was very pleasant, and clearly pays attention to reviews- I noticed all comments about the kitchenware and supplies that were lacking in previous reviews were noted and addressed. We were very well stocked. The Koa property is lovely, and across the road from a nice beach to watch the sunset or rise, and just fine for a quick splash. The on site pool and barbeque were great for evenings at home. It looked like it was going to be more walkable than it was, but everything was very close by car. We were all perfectly happy. It is a bit dated, which you can tell by the photos and the whole place could use some more lighting, and the carpet replaced in lieu of full renovation, but all in all it was actually better than I expected for the price point and I was very satisfied.
