PREMIUM CONDO Kotimme on kauniisti ja tyylikkäästi sisustettu erinomaisilla mukavuuksilla, mukaan lukien ilmainen nopea langaton Internet. Huoneisto on täysin kaakeloitu. Hoidettu tontti, iso uima-allas, poreallas, pieni kuntosali, kuiva sauna, vihreä. Lähellä on paremmin varustettuja kuntosaleja, ota meihin yhteyttä, jos tarvitset lisätietoja.

Vaikka uimarantamme ei ole paras uimiseen, se on tungosta rantaa nauttimaan kävelyistä. Sitä suojaa offshore-riutta, joka tekee vain pienistä aalloista. Se syvenee hyvin, hyvin hitaasti. Nämä molemmat ovat hyviä ominaisuuksia pienille lapsille. Sileät aamuvedet ovat täydellisiä pystyssä melontalautailuun (vuokrattavissa uima-altaan äärellä). Jos tiedät Mauin auringonlaskun, sinun kannattaa tietää sijaintimme: Huoneisto sijaitsee B-rakennuksessa, numero 421. Ensimmäinen numero (4) tarkoittaa lattiaa, ja loput (21) osoittavat 21. yksikköä. Jokaisessa kerroksessa on 23 yksikköä, joista numero 1 on kauimpana merestä ja numero 23 on lähinnä merta. Maui-auringonlaskussa ei ole hienompaa vuokra-aluetta kalusteiden ja meidän näkymämme kannalta.

Kihein lämmin, aurinkoinen sää on paras Mauilla. Kotimme on kätevällä paikalla helpon ajoajan päässä lentokentältä, Lahainasta ja Waileasta. Kävele läheiselle ruokakaupalle, lahjatavaraliikkeille, käsityömarkkinoille, huumekauppaan, postiin, ravintoloihin, pikaruoka- ja lahjakauppoihin. Erinomaiset golfkentät ovat lähellä. Kiinteistössä oleva työpöytä voi auttaa erityisten matkojen ja toimintojen koordinoinnissa.

Maui Summer 2025

The condo was perfect for my family and I! There was the perfect amount of room for five. We had a great place to hang out when not going around the island. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare quick meals or snacks. The view from the balcony is the highlight!! Perfect sunset views without leaving your room!! The beach is a quick walk away. My kids loved walking out to the sand just to run in the waves.

Excellent home away from home

The house provided everything we needed for a relaxing week on the beach. Really enjoyed the on site pool and tennis courts. Beautiful views of the ocean, the sunset, and the beautiful lawn where many gather to enjoy a wonderful evening with family or friends. Within about a mile of fast food, a supermarket, souvenirs, a luau, and lots of local eateries like Maui Burgers where you’ve got to try an Aloha burger or one of the many other choices. Rates 5 stars on everything because I really don’t have one complaint.

Great Family Vacation

The place was great, wanted to share a special moment with my parents in Maui and make some cool memories and this place made that happen. Check in process was super easy and check in info was really detailed which I appreciate. Place was very clean and organized very well and the grounds by the water were beautiful. Perfect

This condo is on the 4th floor with a great western view of the sunset from the lanai. The kitchen is as well-stocked as any I've seen. It even has a candy thermometer, I haven't seen one of those in years. The location is very convenient, about 25 mins. to the airport and the beginning of the road to Hana, and about the same to Turtletown. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great spot for a family vacation

Lovely updated condo that suited our family of 4 very well. The building was a bit dated, but the unit itself was tastefully updated. It had everything we needed--boogie boards, snorkeling gear, towels, chairs, yoga mat, tennis gear. The owners were very easy to deal with. Paul managed to get us an early check-in which was greatly appreciated. The location was good for taking day trips. The atmosphere was family friendly and casual which we enjoyed. Highly recommend for a family vacation.

The six of us had a great stay and would definitely come back. The views and kitchen are gorgeous. Two people slept on the Murphy bed and found it comfortable. The condo has everything you could need!

Absolutely awesome condo with everything you need and more! Amazing location!

I stayed here for a week with my family of four and two extended family members. We loved everything about it. The view is gorgeous and the condo association has tons of amenities. You can swim on the beach there (bring water shoes) and walk on the beach a decent distance but honestly the view in the shade of the lanai kept us out there most of the time. The condo itself is very nice and spacious. The kitchen is awesome. The beds were comfy. The a/c provides great white noise for sleeping but you don't need it during the day because the breeze is enough. The only stuff you need to buy to make meals are perishables and your main ingredients because they have spices, sauces, etc. There is snorkel gear including fins, beach chairs, beach towels, sunscreen, beach bags, and a beach umbrella. The washer and dryer work great and quietly. The owner was very helpful and responsive before and during the stay. Quick walk or drive to lots of great places to eat, and not far from other things like Haleakala. It's a very pricey stay but if you can split with people not as bad. And it's worth it. We really loved it and would happily stay again in the future.

Beautiful apartment, fabulous location

We loved this apartment- it was comfortable and roomy with a fabulous view of the grounds and the beach. It was well-equipped with everything we needed - if there was one extra thing we could have wished for it would have been a kettle or electric jug. The apartment was nice and cool - with the fans and breeze through the lanai we didn’t need to use the air conditioning. Hosts Paul and Joan were great - we had to reach out to them with a maintenance issue and they resolved it super quick. We highly recommend this property.

The property was in a great location with the beach right in front. We enjoyed every sunset and everything we needed was included. We only wished we had a little more time to enjoy the pool more, but we had penty of water activities while in Maui. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect condo for our Maui vacation! The view is beautiful & we watched many sunsets from the balcony. The condo is updated & very clean. No issues with the accommodations. We were close to food trucks, grocery store, restaurants, beaches & we were picked up for tours without issue. Location was perfect! Owners were very responsive prior to our visit & gave us many recommendations for things to do, places to go & restaurants to try. Lots of beach supplies in the condo including beach towels & we really appreciated the washer & dryer. Overall, great place to stay!!

Kihei 2024 Family Vacation

Location and ocean views were great. Beautiful sunsets! Central location made it easy to get to and from the airport quickly, close to Maalaea harbor if you want to do a snorkel tour/sail ride, and a short drive down to Wailea if you want to enjoy the resort/tourist vibe. Condo set-up worked great for our family of four. While we enjoy spending time together, it was great to have space to decompress. Kitchen set-up made it easy to prep meals and eat in, just don't be sticker shocked when you go to the grocery store to buy food. Definitely hit up Target/Costco when you arrive. The trade winds did kick up quite a bit in the afternoon, which is typical for Maui, so definitely worth getting up earlier to snorkel, kayak, etc. in the morning when winds are calmer.
