Heating and ac unit was pulled out of the wall allowing bugs to come in from outside. Hotel did not honor midnight checkin even though booking stated this, the hotel changed to 9pm checkin. Limited parking, hai left on bathroom shower and double room double bed was not honored

Great Staff but Poor Facilities

Old hotel. Room could have been cleaner ( floor was dusty, no tissues). Shower and vanity light did not work. On the upside, every employee we interacted with was amazingly kind.

This property is being renovated slowly.

The hotel is an older hotel that they are trying to renovate. I know this takes a lot of time and money to renovate so many rooms.The positives are that they have the body wash, shampoo and lotion in containers on the wall. They started renovating our room.They have a newer tv and dresser. It needs a new refrigerator. Our room had a new vanity/sink area. The tub and toilet area needs some work. There was body wash on the ceiling and one wall in shower?? The view is good and access to ocean/beach is great. The breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage, meat gravy, pancakes, cereal and muffins. I just feel our room was not ready to rent out yet. The hotel needs a lot of work and in time I feel it will be a good place to visit.

Absolutely no way!

The hotel was very dirty on the outside, only to be worse on the inside. It looked like someone had sprayed a purple liquid all over the room. I left after the first day, and just went home.
