Absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms were clean. Great beach access and an awesome lookout you can sit and hangout at. The house keepers did an excellent job cleaning our rooms daily. Will be back and hopefully booking the seabuilding room!

Fun Stay Oceanfront

It was a great stay. Super close to the beach and easy access. Breakfast was crowded most days so we came back to the room. Very basic breakfast. We were in Jr. suite and I witting get anything smaller if I went back.

Loved it here!

This was our first time staying at John Yancey and it didn’t disappoint us at all! The staff were amazing and helpful. The pool was cleaned every morning before opening so it was always refreshing. The hotel is extremely clean I didn’t see one bug during our visit. It’s very easy to get to the beach with your things and little ones.

Overall it was ok. We did experience a huge any infestation that was taken care of immediately but made me nervous the remainder of our stay. It was muggy in the room at night and we could barely feel the air. It was so much noise of people slamming doors. Our keys stopped working on 2 separate occasions.

It was by ocean and restaurants. I didn’t care for breakfast unless you just like cereal and pancakes. They didn’t clean our room for 2 days so I had to ask for towels and trash to clean our room up.

Room was one of the best that I have ever stayed in. Lots of room, kitchette, nice bathroom. Just a few minutes walk and you are on the beach. Very nice gazebo for looking over the ocean. Would return and stay again in a heartbeat.
