Nice hotel, clean comfortable room. Beautiful beach access & gazebo with plenty of seating. Very nice daily quick breakfast foods. Wonderful, friendly staff in all areas. The breaskfast staff was very kind & did a great job keeping things stocked. The checkin staff were extremely helpful & provided us with a great deal of information of the area. My only negative is that the area off the hotel wasnt as walkable as i would have liked. There are sidewalks & crosswalks, but most businesses are on a 5 lane 45mph highway.

More than a motel. It’s a must stay.

Great property and location. My second stay and we enjoyed it again. PLEASE GET SOME PLATEWARE in the room. No plates cups or folks. But the staff supplied us with paper plates from lobby. I will stay again and again.

We had a beach front/ocean front room which was outdated but cleanish…the patio to the sand was nice and the beds were decent! The building is outdated and you can hear every sound but luckily the other people were quiet by 10 and we slept very well. The continental breakfast was in a decent size room and there was waffles, hard boiled eggs and cold cereal

We spent one night here in early April and it was awesome. The room was large, clean, and bright. Parking was easy. We walked to dinner a few blocks away and later dessert across the street. Breakfast was provided the next morning with a nice selection. The staff was super friendly. Sunrise in the gazebo was stunning. I wished we had stayed longer and will be back again!

Right on the beach! Beautiful location.The room we were in was right on the dunes. The higher floors had a beautiful view of the water. First floor is not high enough to see over the dunes. Staff was great, breakfast was good. Only complaint was lack of sound proofing between floors. The guest above us apparently checked in at 3 am, we could hear every door shut, foot step, toilet flush, rolling suitcase, etc. Sounded like they were in the same room with us. The building appeared to be new, so that was surprising.

We reserved a room with a kitchenette. They don’t supply any dishes, bowls, cutlery, dish soap, or knives for prepping. The kitchenette was pretty useless. We couldn’t clean anything that we used unless we bought dish soap. We couldn’t prep anything. The rooms were not clean at all. Our feet and socks were black with dirt just from walking across the floor. The beds were never changed during our stay. The towels had black hairs and stains on them. There was a black handprint on the back of our restroom door. Would not recommend this property unless you’re staying one night and don’t care about cleanliness.
