The shower is dated. The runner for the sliding door was not pleasant to see, what looked like rust or maybe dirt, with mold in the corners of the shower. A pubic hair was on the frame of the shower and another inside the shower. So, I wasn't sure if the rest of the room was clean or camouflaged with the dark carpet and furniture. Also, options for breakfast were limited. The pancake and another machine were broken. There was an empty container on the counter that had labels for muffins, bagels and something else, I don't remember. Another guest was vocal with the same complaint to whom I think was the manager, who commented apologetically that the supplies truck had not arrived. We did, however, enjoy the coffee machine.

Two staff members in particular were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, I neglected to get their names, but they indeed need to be recognized because the other ones, especially the larger woman were not good at all. The white lady with hair pulled back, and the Black lady with dreads pulled up. They were always helpful and pleasant. The kitchen service was great as well. My one pet peeve are the showers and the coffee maker. As a tea drinker, I'm always extremely disappointed that the coffee maker has ucky residue. I'm don't know why they just don't provide new ones to each guest or teapots for tea drinkers. One other thing, you all should designate a dog floor. One working elevator was quite inconvenient , high daily rate for a dog under 10 lbs . We had to walk down stairs which were unsafe and under construction to take the dog outside. They did however have a container and bags to dispose of pet waste.

I liked how close everything was as far as restaurants and shopping. My only complaint is I do think the staff needs to be a little more cordial and welcoming. In my 3 nights I was there no one came in to clean or take out the garbage. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

Great Stay- Will stay again!

Staff was extremely welcoming at night and very accommodating. Breakfast staff seemed like she would rather be anywhere else. Aside from that, the stay was perfect!

Nice hotel.

Hotel was very nice. Super clean. Which is refreshing these days. Bed was a bit hard...but it was a place to sleep. The front desk guy when we checked in was a bit rude. Nothing extreme, just seemed like he didnt like his job very much, and seemed to have trouble finding my reservation. I had to pull up an email with my confirmation # on it. Other than thst our stay was exactly what we expected. A clean, safe place to sleep overnight, so we could get up the next morning and travel back to Colorado.

I had to check out of property before checkout date. I talked to hotel and was assured if expedia sent an email that they would refund 2 night's. Expedia then told me the hotel told them they wouldn't refund the nights.

I booked 2 queen beds plus sofa bed to accommodate my family on Thanksgiving. When we arrived, our room was not ready which was fine. We went to our Thanksgiving lunch with family and came back to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were told that they had to switch rooms because they were over sold. Our room was downgraded to only one bed. He said he could cancel my reservation if that wasn't going to work for us. Well, it was Thanksgiving day and no where else to go. When we got into the room, there were no extra sheets/blankets/pillows for the sleep on sofa. I had to go ask for those too which he was annoyed that I asked. It was overall annoying and uncomfortable.
