My wife went down to breakfast while I stayed with our pet in the room. She was going to bring me something back to the room when she was told it wasn’t permitted. I have never heard such a rule. You know having payed a $40 pet fee I think I can take food to my room. I would have given a higher score but this really irked me.

The bathroom could benefit from re-caulking and a fresh coat of paint. Additionally, adding USB charging ports would be very helpful, as there are only two outlets available on the nightstand lamp—this is especially important for guests who use medical devices such as a CPAP. Curtains would also be a great improvement to better block sunlight during the day and exterior lighting at night.

Our stay was quite nice! We had a very late check in, but they accommodated for our arrive which was very appreciative. The rooms were clean and tidy, and our AC worked perfectly throughout the night for the warm weather. The breakfast nice as well, the waffles by themselves could’ve filled us up!

Staff member at check in was really nice and helpful as I was traveling from out of state, However during my stay we slept on the same sheets for 4 days and the sofa bed didn’t have any sheets or pillows when I asked the guy over housekeeping he told me he didn’t have any after waiting at the front desk for 10 mins.
