Front desk staff and breakfast attendant were very nice. Hotel was spacious and clean. You can see it's an older hotel and may need some updates but it was fine. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Sheets too small.Other than a fire alarm going off in the middle of the night, the only complaint I have is that they were installing a new roof on a Sunday at 7 am. I appreciate the update but not during the weekend at that hour. I hate it when hotels are under some construction and they don't say anything. But with that aside, I would stay here again. Maybe bring my own pillow next time lol 5 stars for staff !

We always stay at Residence Inn when we visit Temple, TX. This time we got settled in, and then found the shower only had cold water. We were given another room,and had to pack up and move to another room. We got settled in and then discovered there were holes in the curtains. We found a way to cover them and had a great stay after that. We will be back!

Large clean room. Stayed in a suite which had kitchen and living room area. Looked like an older hotel. Check in took forever. There was a line of 5 people waiting. I would probably look else where when staying in this area again. Breakfast was typical. Not horrible but there a better places for the value.

Not clean

We arrived to check in at about 7pm. When we got to the rooms they seemed ok until we went into the bathroom in one room wasn't fully clean and the garbage can was full of someone else's garbage. There wasn't toilet paper or even a roll holder in the bathroom. The room clearly didn't not get fully cleaned. The other room we had also wasn't cleaned thoroughly. The pull out bed had crumbs and stains all over the sheets and was just disgusting. The pull out couches need to be checked in every room regardless of it looked like it wasn't used. I used to clean hotel rooms so I know what it takes to clean a room. This hotel needs higher standards.

Beautiful, plenty of room for 4.

Beautiful king suite. Comfortable bed. Full size fridge, and dishwasher. Comfortable couch with a pull out bed. Close to all the things we needed to do.
