It was awesome, memorable, and amenities where exceptional the staff was wonderful they made u feel important, seen, and safe with the way that they keep track of everyone coming and going. Dirty bathroom, outdated furnishings. TV reception was horrible. Awful quality. Rude staff in the morning. Late/early morning hour was nice. Bathroom smelt horrid. Cockroaches in the hallway. Crunchy towels. Floor creaked and popped everywhere you step. Amenities were so so. Gave a dirty crib for the baby, had to have it swapped. First smelt of cigarettes and mold. She was very polite and corrected the issue promptly. The walls are peeling. Outdated carpet. Did I mention the bathroom— DISGUSTING.
